There is a form on the 'Contact Us' page which you can use to send us an email very easily.
Please check your delivery immediately on receipt and let us know about any problems straight away. If there has been a dispatch error, or the delivery has been damaged in transit, we will arrange for collection and replacement as soon as possible. In the event of a product being faulty and we accept that it is faulty, we will arrange collection and refund or pay the cost of return postage, whichever is most convenient.
Faulty goods must be returned in the condition you received them and you must contact us and follow the return process as outlined.
We will process your exchange or return as soon as it is received however please note that we it can take up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed after receipt by us.
This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund or replacement where the goods are faulty.
